Lowell Elementary School Elementary, K – 5 Map School Reports Lowell’s successful program consists of high academic standards for all students with a variety of programs. The Accelerated Progress Program (APP) challenges the district’s most advanced learners with curriculum two grades ahead of their peers. Washington Middle School Middle School, 6th-8th Map School Reports Washington Middle School is located south of Capitol Hill, but serves as Capitol Hill’s public middle school. Garfield High School High School Map School Report Garfield is the main public high school for Capitol Hill and the surrounding area. Nova High School High School Map School Reports The Nova Project is an alternative public high school for Capitol Hill and the surrounding area. Their focus is on social justice with an art lens.
